I think you have too many characters still... At 1500 I'd stick with 3- General, BSB, one damsel.
I also generally prefer to keep my damsels mounted. She's not an offensive caster, she won't cast anything, so you put her MR where you want her to save something... the KOTR or GR unit. Plus, when mounted she can be protected from challenges, and directed attacks by being placed in the middle of the second(and beyond) ranks of the Lance formation.
With the points you save from the extra paladin, buy some Men At arms to work with the Grail Reliquae, then combine your two bowmen units into one skirmishing unit. With bowmen, quantity has a quality all it's own. 20 skirmishing bowmen is my usual unit I run, and my gaming group has learned to really hate them. Skirmishing bowmen in a forest make my friends cry. You just have to watch out for things that don't roll to hit... templates, stone throwers, and magic missile type attacks. 20 bowmen vs a bolt thrower though is easy... you'll hit with 7ish, 2.5ish will hit crew, 1.25ish will wound. And vs other troops, depending on toughness, and armor save... it can also be devastating.
The Terminator doesn't fear the lascannon He fears the lasgun. Because there's usually just the one lascannon. The lasgun usually has a couple hundred friends. What I'm getting at is that the key to bowmen is volume of fire. Rain down so many arrows that the law of averages says he'll fail enough armor saves to make it worth it.
