Unfortunately I dont have time for an entire list, but I do have some advice about WoC.
The primary issue is that the WoC units outclass ours on a unit by unit comparison. Which is pretty darn impressive since we get some great stuff. Therefore, my approach is typically to be magically offensive and focus on running circles around him.
Slann with Lore of Metal will obliterate Warriors of Chaos. But WoC have access to some great magic as well, so if you are going magic offensive you need to go all out. Slann + Engine of the Gods + foot Skink Priest is usually how I approach it.
This is also one rare time where the Rod of the Storm is going to be able to recover its points. Since most of the WoC are Toughness 4, you are going to average 1.7 wounds per Uranon's Thunder Bolt. Since this ignores Armor Saves (WoC big bonus) you can take out a 40pt (without any upgrades, they are typically much more than this) Chaos Knight very regularly and even have the potential of taking out the entire unit if you are very lucky. All that for a 25pt item. Just remember to drain his Dispel Dice and Dispel Scrolls before firing it off.
Make sure to have Terradons to drop some rocks and march block the already slow WoC.
Remember that your Saurus Warriors are going to (on average) lose combat to Chaos Warriors. If you are getting into close combat with Chaos Warriors, it simply *has* to be on your terms. You need a hard hitting flank (a unit of 3 Kroxigors actually do this very well and of course Stegadons).
This is one army where Skink Skirmishers just dont perform well, due to the insane Armor Saves on most WoC. Ranked Skinks are cheaper, easier to throw away, and will serve the practical purpose (redirecting and march blocking) that Skink Skirmishers will be able to against these armored foes.
Also remember that Warriors of Chaos *must* accept and issue a challenge in every battle. You can tool up a Scar Vet to be a character killer and launch him into battle with enemy characters. You know for a fact that you will get to fight the character, and you will be protected from the rest of the unit for the first 1 or 2 rounds of combat. Hopefully enough time to get some support in.
Hope that helps!
