Can you use the spell familiar for your book of secrets spell or does it ahve to be from your primary lore?

Such as a Tzeenctch Sorc Lord level with book and spell fam, can i take 2 spells from death?

There hasn't been an official ruling but generally if you have a mark of chaos you have to use that spell lore. Therefore a Spell Familiar in theory would give you a spell from Slaanesh, Tzeentch or Nurgle if the character is marked or could pick fire or death (again in theory) if unmarked. Until it's FAQ'd though you'll have to make your own ruling on it I think

As this is about the book of secrets i shall ask:

is it game legal as a chaos mage to take all six spells from either the lore of fire/shadow/death
due to

lvl 4 so 4 spells
spell familier
and then the book of secrets


as you would have already have the 5 spells from the fire/shadow/death the book of secrets makes up the 6

please say if this is game legal
