So I was wondering, if you gave the a Bray-Shaman, or Doombull/Beastlord marks of Nurgle, Slaanesh or Tzeentch jsut for the Doombull and Beastlords, would you have to use the magic from the Beasts of Chaos book, or could you use the better and improved spells from Warriors/Demons of Chaos?

I mean, lets be honest, the old spells are aweful, and the new ones are jsut pure win!

Not a chance of using the ones from the new books, they are all completely separate forces now so I'm afraid (for the time being) you're stuck with what you've got. Daemons cannot take the WoC spells nor vice versa. I expect you'll get a very strong new list with the new book.

Really? I was actually under the impression that Warriors of Chaos got the exact same list as Demons? Ok, maybe not under the impression, I just sort of assumed they were the same. ^_^

No, they are completely different, what I wouldn't give for Infernal Gateway from the WoC list in my Daemons.... I can cackle maniacally about how much the cries of "cheese" would escalate over that.

I believe Games Workshop brought out a note about this in White Dwarf, I'll need to did out my previous copies.

From a few months ago the armies went separate so Beasts is now a stand alone army, no "cross pollination" ! I think that was it anyway. I need to check.
