gob nods and says "thank you. don't send them too far though i dont want death on my hands because i was worried." gob then turns to gresh "gresh i am grateful you came to check on me. if you could look for them too, id be in your debt."

gresh nodded and said "you owe me plenty gob but ill look for them."

Edmond Starren: The Reaver's Nest

Edmond takes the coin, bites it then motions for Malefor to follow, "I'll show you your room," He leads the way, starting to tell a story about his regiment being pinned down inside a cave for three days while they waited for re-enforcements.


Gregory Rivers: The Archangel

Gregory pats Gob on the shoulder at his response then heads below deck.


Ariel Treesinger: Streets of Roulette

Ariel looks at Wilfred, fear in her eyes, "We have to stop him. Those neclaces are a key to something terribly evil."


Streets of Roulette

Georgi is almost overwhelmed by the power seeping into him. He feels a pull towards one corner of Roulette, the promise of great power awaits.


Jade Rose: Streets of Roulette

Jade turns to Vincient, touching him lightly on the arm to get his attention, "He's probably headed to Crystal's home and the crest we were looking at earlier, I'll meet you there as soon as I'm able." With that, she touches a jewel on her wrist and mumbles something under her breath. In the blink of an eye she vanishes.

Georgi Voh Der Ban, Streets of Roulette

His instincts overriding any reason to his thinking, Georgi heads towards the pull of power.

Streets of Roulette

Georgi finds himself drawing closer to the Vanderhof residence. As he reaches the front doors of the residence, a shudder passes through him. In his mind's eye he can see the crest on the wall in the lower areas of the mansion.

Georgi Voh Der Ban, Crystal Vanderhof's Residence

Georgi bursts through the door, speeding towards the lower half of the manor and the strange symbol.

(Sorry its been so long between posts for me on here. I've been trying to stall so everyone has a chance to post. But since no one seems to have anything to say at the moment, I'll continue.)

Vanderhof Residence

As Georgi approaches the crest, it starts glowing faintly. Stepping closer, the medalion in his hand pulls lightly, as if reaching for the center of the crest.


Dagon Raan: The Drunken Dwarf

A robed man stepps from an empty booth in the half filled tavern. If anyone took the time to look closely, they would have seen that the towering figure wasnt completely solid, as if you can almost see through him. Dagon almost instantly stopps in the middle of what he is doing, his eyes turning to the figure.

Georgi presses the amulet into the groove.

Darrin Black
As though by some unknown signal,Darrin motioned for the Assassin to follow him and lept off the building aiming for a balcony across the street.

Vincent O'Brien
Vincent quickly runs toward the Vanderhof mansion after a few minutes off running he slows to a walk reloading his pistol as he does.

Vanderhof Residence

The amulet slides perfectly into the groove in the wall. Both the amulet and wall desolve into a chalk like powder that is scattered by a gentle brease from the now exposed room. Georgi shudders as a chill moves through him. The small room has gouges in the walls and floor, as if something has tried clawing its way out. In the middle of the room is a sarcofigus, its lid shattered and scattered over the floor.


Dagon Raan: The Drunken Dwarf

The figure becomes more solid as it approaches, letting out a pleased sigh as it draws near. Dagon bows his head to the figure as it approaches, "My master, all has been prepared for your return." Dagon smiles as he leads the figure out of the bar.


Streets of Roulette

The Assassin follows, easily making the jump to the balcony Darrin just landed on.

(At this point, I'm going to give everyone a couple of days to check in with their characters. Any character who has been active during this chaper and posts "in-character" will get one experience point for completing a chapter.

In addition to that, I am awarding the following experience immediately:

+1 Wilfrid Wulfhammer (For re-uniting with Ariel Treesinger)
+2 Georgi Voh Der Ban (For opening the room, thus completing Chapter 2)

I want to give everyone a heads up about the next chapter. Its not going to be quite as story driven as the story so far. Its going to be more of a free-for-all where the characters can do whatever they want/need to. This should give the characters a chance to take care of any erands they have and to interact with each other and the city around them for a while.)

Haydon and the assasin has found many useful weapons and Haydon pretty satisfied.

Darrin Black
As the other Assassin landed behind him Darrin held up his hand,motioning for the man to stop.
Darrin moved up to the door opening onto the balcony,pressing his ear against the door he listened for movement on the other side.

Vincent O'Brien
Vincent finished reloading his pistol,as he holstered it he began moving towards the Vanderhof Mansion with greater speed.

As the brave warriors approached the Archangel, the early morning sun reflected off the placid waters of the harbor. A crewman lets out a sharp whistle, alerting the captain and crew that friends were approaching. A ramp is lowered to long before they arrive.

(This concludes Chapter 2. Please make any further posts in the Chapter 3 thread.
