I need help with corsairs.
1-should in a unit of 10 corsairs there be a musician and a banner.
2-Should I put in that unit a felhart?
3-And should I play them against high elves?

I take Corsairs one of two different ways.

20 Man unit full command, with handbows, with The Banner of Murder.

or 20 man unit with full command, additional hand weapons, and The Sea Serpent Banner. I also include a Death Hag, Battle Standard Bearer with the Banner of Nagarythe, and Witchs Brew, and Rune of Khaine.

Both variations are great against High Elves. I find Lokhir not really worth the 250pts.

I usually take them against tomb kings with felhart and some times vs orcs with dread lord

Ok that’s means I need to perfect them a little bit. I plaid them without a banner and musician. But du I need more then 15 of them?

I like having a block of 20 myself. That rank bonus really comes in handy.

they have not done well for me. a unit of 20 is 200 points if you give them a full command thats 225 that a alot of points for one unit.

As has been mentioned elsewhere by a couple of guys on this site, 20 might be the worst quantity you can take; 5 wide, 4 deep, by the time you take one casualty, you have removed the benefit of guys 16-19. 20 for rank bonus only matters if you will still have rank bonus when you reach combat

Personally, I prefer Spear Elves but then they both fulfill different purposes. If you want to see how the do then take them out for a spin.

To answer your original question STEAM. I would not take a std bearer and musician with a unit of 10 corsairs. I would however (probably) include both in a unit of 15+
