I see a couple of things that bothers me for 2k pt army. Morathi being at the top of the list. She is over 25% on your armies cost, your only caster, and your General. That makes her a very sweet target, and if dropped early makes for alot of points for you to play catch up on. I would use the points to buy 2 Sorceress's and split them up in different units to reinforce your battleline. Overall you should still have around 100pts extra to play around with.
Since you have no Calvary in your army I would put your Battle Standard Bearer, in your unit of Spearmen or Blackguard, and drop the Cold One. The way he is set up now he would be prime target number two. Between these two models all its going to take is 8 unsaved wounds and your out 757pts, +100pts for army general killed.
Only other thing I would change out is take a Tower Master with Crimson Death. If you have no one to bodyguard then Kouran is a waste of points. With all your extra points I would buy a unit of Shades to harass your enemies flank, and threaten his war machines.
