i often play my dwarfs against WE and they never give me problems i don't have an anvil of doom but i do have 2 flaming bolt throughers and a flame cannon (love of my life :twisted: ) and an organ gun to take down skirmishers. i think i give him a run for his money he uses 6 tree kin, a tree man general, and 15 dryads (lots of kindeling for my dwarfs to drink around)

Haha, good one STEAM! But yes, Dwarves are quite devestating to Flammable units, as we have a lot of runes that allow flaming attacks.

I suspect he referred more to the idea that any WE list that is not well over 50% shooting is questionable at best. I think every other army, including Tomb Kings and Goblins, is better at close combat than the WE while the WE are among the better armies at shooting. Not taking any Glade Guard, Glade Riders, Waywatchers....that makes for a weak list in my humble yet accurate opinion

30 glade guard
15 wardancers
15 dryads
5 mounted glade things

the dragon was sadly the best adition to hiis army but its was to easy to guid into my gun line

he puts it at the back and starts his dryads in it then his first turn runs out and leaves the woods pretty much useless

yeah he should use his trees as cover for his fellas and block slow dwarfs line of sight
