Do you mean special or generic?
My favorite Greater demons are Bloodthirsters.

I have to also say Bloodthirsters (and its not just because I have one :D ) Because they get amazing combat abilities in lieu of magic, they are more reliable. Plus, I think of all the demons, they are by far the most ferocious looking.

Personally I have a thing for the Kipper, hige initiative, massive threat range and you can buff him up with spells. Although I also really like the GUO as he is just not going to die easily.
