Hi everyone! I'm Elazar The Glorified, some of you may have seen my blog (in my sig) or I'm on a few other forums etc. I'm from the UK and play Warriors of Chaos in Fantasy and am just getting back into 40k with a Space Marine army with unknown loyalties... Been in the hobby for 15 maybe even 16 years now on and off. Anyway just wanted so say hello, always happy to join a forum and talk about this hobby of ours!

Howdy, all!
It's been a LONG time since I last played Warhammer. I'm definitely a graybeard here. But I do have a modicum of painting and modelling skill, so I was invited to join. You can view my blog at http://carmensminiaturepainting.blogspot.com/.
You'll find all kinds of hobby-related stuff there, and feel free to ask questions about anything there.
Currently, I am repainting my Empire army collected since 1991 or thereabouts; 80 percent of my army is lead. I hope to get some inspiration and ideas here; and with the voices of 1,000s of members yelling at me, maybe I'll get back to working on my Empire army in earnest.
(I'm actually getting a new painting desk custom-built for me; once it is finished, I plan on painting a regiment of halberdiers.)

Close- 4th edition was just after I bought most of my army- My friends and I played 3rd edition rules (the orange book.)

Hey guys, new here and saw this was the place to say such a thing.

My name is Kuffy, and have been into the GW hobby for over a decade. I have had two Fantasy armies in this time, one failed to really materialise and got bunged under the bed (High Elves). My main army, and true love in the warhammer world is the dwarf army. They were my first miniatures and will always be my favourite. I have recently begun to slowly repaint my army to a better and unique scheme.
