Hi Sigmar here (yep, the big boss).

Don't mess with me or I'll create some horrid battle reports and make sure your chosen army race is slaughtered to a man (gobbo, elf, dwarf etc).

Only kidding, I'm friendly really ;)

Anyway, please feel free to introduce yourself here.

Thanks,
Sigmar

Umm, I'm CaptainOfMen, and I guess I can mess around with the big boss
cuz I like the Empire (even though I dont have any models, which will change!! trust me it will :|) and the big boss also is centered around Empire (dont lie big boss), so I'm off the hook!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

Well, I'm jumping on board here. I was looking for a good spot to ask some advice regarding creating a wood elf treeman list for my wife and ran across this site. I belong to a number a forums but I tend to enjoy the ones that have a personality to them the most. Smaller communities of users tend to be more fun than say, hopping on Warseer or something and being just one in a million users.

Let's see how this site gets rocking! :)

I wish the moderator the best of luck.

As to me, I've been playing Warhammer for 5 years now. I'm just starting to break into a tournament scene. I play tzeentch mortals and khorne beastmen. I have a number of demons as well and will probably make a demonic legion this Summer after the new demon codex comes out.

I really get into themed armies and well painted models. However, I rarely have the time myself to put into making my models look really good like I would prefer. I enjoy heavily converting my stuff too so I'll probably post a few pics later on.

Kris

Hi Kris,

Pleased to have you onboard.

It's still very early days for this forum but hopefully we can build it up together into a nice little Warhammer Fantasy community.

I wish my Wife was into Warhammer !!!

PS. You're picked the right army for conversions ! I just acquired the Hordes of Chaos Army book yesterday and there are some excellent painted minatures in it. It really got me thinking !

The problem is, every time I get a new book it really gets me thinking :) (Tomb Kings, Ogres, Chaos Beastmen and now Hordes). I have all the books now bar Vampire Counts (I'm hanging on for the new version and Dark Elves - I have the previous edition and will be upgrading soon).

The only one that didn't really inspire me recently was Skaven, although I like those Jezzails.
