Okay, I know I'm not the moderator, and I don't mean to criticize, but this forum's a little dead, so I'm gonna give this a shot.

What's a deadly build you use on characters? My favorite build is the Highborn on Great Eagle, with Bow of Loren( shoot as many times as attacks in profile), Arcane Bodkins (no armour saves against character's shooting attacks), Enchanted Shield, and light armour. For 293 points, this guy has survivability with a 3+ save, and he can hit hard from range. People hate him!

My specialty is a spellsinger with 2 dispell scrolls

Seriously though...I like using a wildrider noble with the dawnspear in a unit of about 7-8 WRs with the Banner of Dwindling. If you manage to break a Dwarf unit they are running on a D6-1" , hilarious, and the -1 to hit back with the spear gives the WRs some sustainability cause they can't take a punch.

night gobbo warboss with sneaky skewerer, triksy trinket, and amulet of protectyness on a giant squig. 3d6 movement, -4 to armor save strength 4 and -3 to as with the skewerer no ward save from triksy trinket, and i use ur armor and ward saves as my own. plus 3 strength 5 ws 5 hits from the squig. all together less then 225 points

Well, that is deadly, but unfortunetly this is the wood elves thread my friend. :( So you may want to put that build elsewhere.

a good build is a wood elf noble with great wep, alter kindred, the oaken amrour (i think its called that gives regen) and the item which gives him a 2+ ward save when on your last wound. very very funny and nasty when used to hold a unit up for a timly flank charge from your wild riders.

(just dont get into combat with multi wound weps)
