BTW, I will be creating a new page (link will be at the top and bottom of the forum) for all the forum friends logos.

I'd like to put the friends banners on the face of the forum as a forum section but I cannot ad links to a forum section only pics and I don't have the level of control over the formatting like I did with the phpBB2 forum.

I can put the links on the portal page too but I cannot put images with links.

This format is really locked down and uneditable. That's why I paid for the static pages so we can include other content, ie. the links at the top of the page to "FORUM PLANS".
