In a 1000pt game the enemy is coming to you, so the RNG24 Organ Gun is a better option. Mind you, you could stick in a Gyrocopter to be sneaky

Well, I swapped the exploding cannon with my BSB and here's how it turned out:

Draw vs. Lizards
Massacred by Nurgle WoC
Massacred by Bretonnia

So, yes I epicly failed. Bad cannon guesses, being a stuntie legged Dwarf, and the dice gods hating me were to blame.

best thing about an organ gun are auto hits, especially against nurgle, your like flies and stink cloud meet hail of cannon balls. Get an organ gun, best artilery in the game in my opinion.

yes organ guns are wonderful. Last game i use one I blew 5 nurgle frenzy knights out of their saddles with one shot. BOOM. Dwarf armies require organ guns. Now below 1000 pts i ususally dont take it in friendly games. But 1500 or more, hell yes!!

Ya, a bunch of people came without signing up. So I was expecting to play Khorne Deamons and Empire. The Nurgle WoC player was not signed up, so it was unexpected. Actually I played all the teams that didnt sign up. So I had the worst possibility.

A. It's a theory

B. I used a cannon and a unit of Quarrellers, thats half of my gunline.

C. I epicly failed with my cannon

D. I've won 4 games. (Yes, it's still not very good.)

I would also consider breaking the Warriors into 2 blocks of 15 to prevent flanking issues. With only one fighting unit, you are going to only be able to protect one end of your line unless you get extremely favorable terrain every game. But that is pure play style opinion

Including Warband games, 21-4-2 total

I had two units of 15 warriors, a character in each.

Hmmm..... I joined here when... *posts and then checks when he joins*... Um a year and a few months.... You can take 11 months off that (thats when I never played) and that leaves 8 or 9 months of playing really. Lol, I have known about warhammer about a year though.
