Ok folks,

What's the minimum number of models you can create a 2,000 pt Ogre Amy with.

I drew up an 2000 point army list last night lat included just 22 models. I'm pretty certain that I can do better (maybe 19 models).

The person who can come up with the lowest number of models for a 2k army gets +1 Karma (you'll be expected to post your army list though if you win)

Okay, I've got a 2k army with 17 models...

Tyrant: GW, BOH, HA, luck gnoblar x1, sword gnoblar x2, greatskull, spangleshard, kineater 347 pts.
Hunter: mastadon armor 195 points
Hunter: tenderizer 195 points
Hunter: gut maw, death cheater 195 points

3 bulls, full command, look out gnoblar, light armor, ironfists 184 pts
3 ironguts, full command, look out gnoblar, 199 pts
5 ironguts, full command, look out gnoblar, ragbanner 330 pts

this was more of a challenge then I thought, but it was fun.
ummmm.... could some one check that to make sure it's legal? I don't play Ogres.... also I've never played an actual game before, don't even have a list for my Empire.

nope sorry not legal....

Tyrant has two magic weapons
Bruiser BSB cannot have a magic standard and magic items
and it appears you have two BSB's (which you can't have) kitted out such
and I believe Ogres can just take their own slavegiant... otherwise everyone would take the far superior stubborn version...

I had one that would have had 16 models using Skrag.... maybe It'll work....

I don't think that's Legal BilboBaggins, I thought about Greasus Goldtooth too, but he requires two Lord slots cause he's so powerful.

I should know better than trust Army Builder.

OK, I think this one seems to be legal from Army Builder and double checking the book.

................. from the looks of it, 16 is the smallest Ogre army size for 2000pts.

no worry's, it happens. I almost made the same mistake too as well as with Greasus Goldtooth. unless your reading everything or paying attention you can miss things easily in the ogre book.
