If needed instead of what I originally posted, which obviously is 40K related, I can try and find something fantasy related and can post a picture of that a bit later. I am not certain I have any unpainted minis right now that are fantasy as I believe I currently have my Dwarves, OK, Tomb Kings and Empire all done. I will take a look to see if it is preferred, just let me know.

I haven't decided whether to put him on a Chariot or leave him on foot - hence the blu-tack. It'll come down to time.

Hello everyone, I've only just joined the forum (my husband L, D and P made me do it!) and I thought I would have a crack at finishing my corpse cart, hopefully I won't completely embarrass myself .

Its all part of the fun :) If you feel embarrassed just laugh, always works for me :D
Looking forward to your corpse cart. I think the first painting Comp is finishing soon ( July 31st 09? ) so best save it for next comp, unless you can finish it in time. Thats what I'm going to do, ran out of time to complete. Its about half done :/

The ending date to show what u r going to paint is 31st of june, allright, but then you still have one whole month to paint it, as long as you send in the finished pic by 31st of july.

Anyway - welcome to the forum, always a pleasure to see girls (or women!) in this hobby. And mark my words: women always do a HELLUVA paintjob!

(that was PAINT-job, guys! NOT the other one!)

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome :D I'm not sure whether the corpse cart is a wee bit ambitious but I guess its worth a try. I would say that my painting skills are not too bad but I get better with each thing I do. I may even post some piccies of my army for you guys (and girls...if there are any  ) to look at.

Padre's entry as suggested by Sigmar (I am so slow thinking it never occurred to me until he said!) ...

Ogre Hunter converted from Bull which I am reliably informed needs a bigger base than a normal Bull.

Nice one Padre, I've added it to the list of entries into the conversion category and I've added it to the slide show which I've also added to the Battle Reporter Front Page portal

Be warned, I paint horrifically slowly so I am adding these up to try and motivate myself but it may be that the finished entries do not appear. I will try though, it will be one of either of these, not both.

First up, my Warshrine

Next, one of my units of Marauder Horsemen

I like the shrine. God luck with painting! I also paint slow) it tooks me 1 day to paint 1-2 saurus warriors (I want to make May models perfect)

looking forward to seeing your warshrine finished product. It looks great not too busy like some can be. I am also planning on building a warshrine in the future.
