Ok what i understand is this, that ater failing armour and ward saves yyou get regeneration save of 4+ again each wound.

Hoever now again flaming attacks.

But what happens with wound saves caused ater his flaming attack?

For example.

a Cannon with rune of burning hoot at a hydrrrandit is causinnnwoud now he hydra can't save and it can't tje reeneraio saves. but now say i charge ths samehydra with a unt of warrir and hit t and it fails its save, does the hydr sill have rgeneaion or bcauseis akn flmig ttackih previoutur loose thi. I think in a oldrverio once it ad take flme tack is leh i eard nd cannooreereat at all.

I don't have the rule book to hand atm so not 1005 sure i am interpriting it right

Flaming attacks only prevent regen saves on the wounds caused by the flaming attack, the effect doesnt continue to subsequent non-flaming attacks

I believe Kiwi is correct. Regen cannot be taken against flaming attacks. Also, wounds caused by flaming attacks do not prevent future regen saves from being taken against other non flaming attacks.

Kilidath, you may be thinking back to the old Troll rules. In a previous edition of the ruels, I think Trolls lost their ability to regenerate once they were wounded with a flaming weapon I could be wrong though !

I agree, think of it like this -

When a flaming blade cuts the skin, it corterises the wound and it cant heal back.

Where as if a normal blade cuts the skin, blood comes out and it can heal over again. Regen!
