Will the release of the HIgh Elf Armies book help...

to :-

1) revitalise the WHFB franchise (which is now very much in the shadow of 40k) ?

and

2) help to make High Elves more competitive on the battlefield ?

I have a bad feeling that 40k has gone too far and WFB will never catch up again Sad
