Okay I've done one with 15....

Tyrant - General, Great weapon, brace of handguns, heavy armor, luck gnoblar, 2x sword gnoblar, Greatskull, gnoblar thiefstone, fistful of laurels, kineater

Bruiser, BSB, heavy armor, lookout gnoblar, luck gnoblar, 2x sword gnoblar, dragonhide banner

Bruiser, ironfist, heavy armor, brace of handguns, luck gnoblar, 2x sword gnoblar, bullgut, wyrdstone necklace

Core:

3 bulls, full command with lookout gnoblar, ironfists and light armor

3 ironguts, full command and lookout gnoblar

3 ironguts, full command, lookout gnoblar and ragbanner

Rare:

3 Rhinox riders, full command, bull rhinox upgrade, ironfists, heavy armor, warbanner

how's that?

I don't know if they are legal ether. I did find the a while ago.

Rhinox riders were legal for a few months then someone at GW got over their hangover from Bugman's Brew and realized that them being tournament legal wasn't a good idea.

I had forgotten to list lookout gnoblar on the last unit of ironguts... total comes to 1995 points... so 5 points shy, not 22
