LOL, they could never cause Fear, but instead would cause an enemy unit to just cuddle against them and forget to attack if they fail their Ld test :D

well they kinda do have mounts now-but I dont think they have models for them-so you would probably have to convert them

What about rats riding cheese on wheels.....then by turn four it blows up cos they eaten all the cheese....

Or what about rats riding moles....underground.....then they get up and have stupidity to represent the moles blindness....

Better yet rats on roller skates or skateboards made from below.......Call them the hippie rats
