your paying about 14 pts a model for 3 str 5 attacks 1st round and then 3 str 4 attacks after that, well since you basically only have a 6+ ward save your troops will be a magnet for spells and shooting and they will die fast. If you keep them just as reg savage orcs, you still hit hard and you will not be such a juicy target. When i see people field high cost units it makes me happy, knowing i get a lot of bang for my buck taking htem out. And as and O&G player we should avoid a bigger and better deathstar idea, it doesnt exists, we need multiple units so we can lose half our army and still outnumber the enemy.

nah most shoot my wyverns or other things ( grimgor ) . the worst moment was when 10 swordmasters killed them. btw i have never passed the ward save :(

you need red dice, they work well with orcs for some reason lol.

Sever, I appreciate that, but I usually gravitate more towards the Waagh! Banner. With that, you're in combat on usually 2nd turn. Also, they do have T4, 4+ armor as well as the ward save.

are you talking about savage orc boar boyz? cuz i dont think that savage orcs besides boar boys can take a magic banner,
