I was playing Bretonnia vs Chaos and I had 6 Leadbelchers in my army so we could play a bigger battle. I was facing two players with chaos.
In the middle of the game they tried to charge me with a unit of cavalry with a special characther in it( I can't remember the names of the cav unit of the characther). Any way, next to the unit they would charge next turn stod the Leadbelchers and I had them in units of two. Two of the units could fire against the cav unit and they did. One unit fired 13shoots and the other on fired 20shoots wiping out the cav unit.
Its said before but I say it again, it's fun to wipe the smile of someones face. But in this case I did wipe the smile of two persons faces :D .

Along with wiping out the cavalry from the battlefield :)

Now, I understand why you like leadbelchers so much.

in one of my games vs the empire i had a fanatic run through six, yes six of his units using the spell where i can move a unit 2d6 inches in any direction. So after rolling for hits and wounds the fanatic did a total of 2 wound. Ok 2 wounds, and then he hit a hill and died. My face went from hell yes this rocks to oh noes the dice gods hate me. My opponent lauged and gave the fanatic a purple heart of Sigmar for helping his troops get over their fears of goblins with balls and chains.

ive got a good one. i was playing a battle vamps vs beastmen. i was vamps and i had 2000 points the opponant ( my brother) had 3000 points. i lost one of my vamps turn one olong with my blood knights. my brother had put a hero with magic weapon infront of my banshi and cairn wraiths. i then killed it with the ghostly howl. one funny bit was my vargulf attacked his shaggoth. the vargulf struggled to hurt it but it could not take out all my wounds. over all my vargulf took twice its no of wounds in damage

Mithridates, my Warriors of Chaos General, in Chaos Knight unit with Banner of Khorne charges against the mighty Lizarman Engine of the Gods. He offers a challenge, taken up by the squealing welp of a Skink Priest. His WS8, S6, 6 attacks go to work....only to get off I think 2 wounds (3s to hit, 2s to wound mind you) which are promptly saved.

Resigned to watching the Engine whack a few more Knights with its unstoppable magic phase assault, a resignedly throw down the dice for my WS3, S4 horse...2 attacks...2 hits...2 wounds...no saves.

Pure awesome. My Sword of change Wielding instrument of death and destruction is as dangerous as a kazoo while my "just here to carry you into battle" accessory eliminates the biggest single threat to my army.

Ok, this one was epic...

Today, I was doing a trial run on what to expect next month in our store's Skaven Campaign. So I was up against Ogres in a 500 point warband game. NOw lets fast foward to the 6th turn.....

My Thane and Longbeards had been overrun. All I had were 5 Warriors. He had a Ogre Bull infron of me, and a bit farther back was a Maneater (Ninja) and a Bruiser (Painted as Santa Claus! Candy Cane as a weapon too!). So I charge with my Warriors into his Bull. I somehow win combat and he flees. My stuntie legs somehow catch him, AND run into the two characters. Now here comes the epicness. I challange his Bruiser with my champ (I had 3 out of 4 objectives, so I did'nt want the Bruiser to kill all my guys) and he has to accept. I do nothing to him, but he causes 2 wounds, which I epicly save with two 5+ armour saves! Then, his Ninja attacks, and does nothing. I cause a wound with my normal men. So it came down to him outnumbering with a Fear causing enemy. I needed double ones to win the match..... out rolls a one......out rolls a..... TWO?!?!?!?! I promptly flee, get chased down, and die.

*sigh* I lost, but he had a very good laugh.

Dwarfs vs Gobbos. I am dwarfs

Turn 6 I have pretty much won the battle save the slight chance that this fanatic may run into my thunderers and kill the last of them and the engineer who was with them cos his cannon was blown. So, as you do, I turned to my missile fire. Organ gun is the bomb diggity, and all it can see is the fanatic anyway. Why not?

I roll a misfire, and the organ gun blows up. 120 points gone.

The fanatic does luckily (for him) nutter into my thunderers and kill all three, and kill the engineer!

Darn Fanatic.....you never know what they are gonna do.....

Match result: Draw

So. I'm playing High Elves (6th ed) against my friend's Brettonnians. We're playing one Unlimited points lord, no monstrous mounts, and a 500 point bodyguard. I put together a mage lord by using the radiant gem of hoeth and a mixture of magic items and honors. Because of full armor, barded steed and shield, peasant archers can't do much.

I'm using the Lore of Heavens lightning spells to put a world of hurt onto his numerous knights, and my lotherns are destroying his handful of foot. I've also got 2 Repeater Bolt Throwers chucking away at everything armored in sight, much to my joy. I haven't seen his lord, surprisingly, but since it was the 2nd time I'd played Brettonnian lords, I didn't think anything of it.

2nd to last turn, the Green Knight appears and takes out both bolt throwers. I'm in full panic, cause a lord just appeared! In my back lines! NOT COOL!

I charge (stupidly) with my general, and get duly slain since I have no magic weapons and can't get combat boosts cause I have no troops here cause they're chasing peasants. So, of course, I lose. Damn Green Knight... But it was hilarious, cause my bud was roaring at the change in combat.

Hey, at least i killed all his knights (including a 5-unit of Grails!)

We where playing dark elves vs. high elves and the battle were malekith vs. the high elves king, so like in the story his king defatted my malekith and was funny when the dies rolled and I lost malekith fallen from his dragon by him self! That’s strange

I personally find this humorous, even if people with functioning brain cells do not.

Our play group finds the goblins to be a bottom two army, equivalent in patheticness to only the Tomb Kings.

In our campaign, the "random armies" are SUPPOSED to lose, just maybe do a casualty or two to the winning army. So I ended up with 300 points of Night Goblins facing over 1000 points of Bretonnians. We pretty much all think even if I had 1500 points of goblins, that goes down as a loss.

Well, I took a lvl 2 shaman with mushrooms, 10 bowmen, about 19 or 20 base night goblins, and 5 spider riders.

And proceeded to Foot of Gork him to pieces. By the end of the game I had slain 2 Knights of the Realm, about 6 Peasant Bowmen, and SEVEN Grail Knights.

He had slain everything except the Shaman who was standing at the edge of the table. So on his 5th turn, his last 3 Grail Knights (with his BSB and General) charged my Night Goblin shaman...and I simply said, "I flee", took him off the table with a goblinesque cackle. Poor Liam..after all the damage the Shaman had done, he desperately wanted to smash him, but the shaman got away.

For the record, that is the second highest total of damage I have seen done to the Grail Knights, and it was all done by the weakest army to face them yet.

Go go gadget night Goblin Shaman with mushrooms!

Okay 1000pts of chaos vs 1000pts of empire

I get first turn move my entire army up.
Hist turn he stands still and firs his handgunners at my screening dogs killing all 5 of them, panicking 2 units of warriors along with my mage and exalted hero... His hellblaster then misfires 3 times blowing itself and all bar 1 knight of tzeentch up (they even had the blasted standard)
My turn, my 2 units of chaos warriors flee the battle and my lone knight charges into his block of swordsman who fail their fear test, my lone knight then procedes to murder a 20 man swordsman unit over 3 turns of combat, when they eventually flee i overun into his handgunners, slaughter them and run them down
His turn opens with his great cannon, his last unit on the board, misfiring and blowing itself up!

Lol, now that just has to hurt. I'm always a bit wary of misfires and miscasts, I bet you are now too :D
