Chaos Dwarf Beard Colors

What what's your favorate color for Chaos Dwarf beards? And why?

Mine is black. Just because its dark and helps set the mood of a Chaos Dwarf army.

I think blonde looks pretty cool. Basicly because it makes a difference compared to other Dwarf armies, becasue you never really see blonde beards. Also, it shows a bit of age but still a lot of youth in the Dwarf, which can reflect which unit the Dwarf is in.

Red with flecks of gray like my real beard.

My CD actually have Brown, Black, and Gray Hair. I didn't like them all the same color.

LOL, that might actually be fun to try at some point! Maybe start with a Blazing Orange base coat, followed by a drybrush of Codex Grey, then a drybrush of Blazing Orange again (Enough to hide most but not all of the Codex Grey) then finally a Blazing Orange drybrush to finish it off, . . . . . . Might look good on a Slayer Lord!

I can understand the desire to use multiple colors in your armies. I know I do that with my regular dwarfs (Brown, Blond, white, and Orange for the most part), but I know that with my Chaos Dwarfs I'm going to go heavy on the black beards.

i vote gray. Very close with black, but i like that charcoal dark gray to give them that dirty chaos look

The 5th edition book (last GW book) had them with black beards.

5 people posting but 7 votes? Who hasnt chimmed in with their opinion? I've been enjoying everyone's reasoning for their beard colors and would love to hear more people's thoughts if you have a moment to spare.

It looks like there are a lot of Black Bearded Chaos Dwarfs out there! It would seem that Dark and Dirty fit them very well.
