You can enter undercoated minaitures, just make sure you take a pic of it with a hand written note saying "battlereporter forum painting comp #2"

@ STEAM,

Sigmar says undercoated models are ok. So if you cant get all the tape off, simply primer over the model before taking your entry pic!

I think Ill go for this comp-I love painting-I'll be painting my Sqweel Gnawtooh model.
