Ah, ok. I will be able to get something else to you soon very soon. How do you feel about a Nautican release themed issue ?

Sounds like a plan. We will need at least three or Four articles and a few stories.

Any news on the eZine Bilbo ?

Everything is on hold because I have a total of 1 article, definitely not enough to produce an issue.

Not that I know of, check with the tournament organizer. If they are GW run you will not be allowed to run it. It was typical of GW making an army legal and after people finally get them built pulling the rug from under them. Just look at the SoC and Lustria and Zombie Pirate and Gnoblar armies for ...

There was a legal list (Cult of Ulric) that allowed Warrior Priests as upgrades of unit champions that did not count against the heroes maximums. I personally never saw it fielded since it was released as a list before Storm of Chaos (and it's Middenheim) list came out.

The Halfling Snipers I was thinking skirmishing units of 3-5 max that can each shoot at a single separate target or all at single target with a plus one to hit, plus the ability to hide in forests. Also remember the Southern states in the empire (according to the fluff) also have been known to use P...

Obviously you haven't seen the moot's steam tank yet. :D It was in a White Dwarf a few years ago.

Halflings are expert thieves according to Warhammer lore so I can see a few of them borrowing the hochlands from either patrons of the pub or off a field of battle.

Personally since the moot is in the Empire I would go with Halfling archers, maybe a halfling unit using hochlands (BS4 snipers) using the 40k ratling snipers.

Yes, it used to be called Cult of Ulric, there were even special rules for it in 6th edition.

But personally an Empire army without 2 Cannons (or Cannon and Mortor) isn't me.

M4c is M4cR1II3n and if you check the Warhammer Army Books (fan made & unofficial) section of this forum you'll find that he has written many army books and his knowledge of how many points units should be is beyond compare.

Anyone can make a fan made book and use in fun games against friends, just don't expect it to be accepted by the gamers of the world. Usually there is loads of issues in making a book from balance of the army, where are the strengths and weaknesses going to be, to getting the points right for each o...

Personally my feelings are Bretonnians (they distrust everyone), Wood Elves (the Hippy tree Huggers don't like people in their woods) and Daemons (All are beneath them) would not use Dogs of War.

You could go the way of a series of books (Love at Stake series, OK it's Chick Vamp Books) where they have various Weres in it. Werewolves, Coyote, Panter, Tiger, Bear and Rabbit (Yes a were rabbit).
