While I don't like the idea of Beastmen in woods causing fear how about changing ambush so that not only can you come on from any table edge, but also from any unoccupied wooded terrain feature? You could add a free wood like Wood Elves get and it wouldn't be unbalanced. I'd also add that you can ch...

Perhaps tournaments need to stop using pitched battles and use scenarios then. I know many other systems use this. Also, turning up with most borken of Warhammer armies does not stop you from being friendly, nor from demonstrating Sportsmanship and your painting skills. Besides no army is truly unbe...

The thing is, this isn't "normal" play. I generate an all comers list whenever I create stuff as I don't play tourneys. However, if I did then the point is to win. You choose what army you want to take to it, pick your troops and off you go. You shouldn't penalise people for taking strong ...

Infernal Gateway on a level 2 is not really worth attempting. OK you can IF it but if you really want to get IG then a Lord Level Sorc is more what you are after. Nurgle Sorc is ace, I've used one before and they have a really good spell list, especially one of their spells can spell doom to low I g...

Some Football (soccer) teams are better than others and play in different leagues. Yet when we have the FA cup over here in the UK all the teams get to play. Following on from this topic we should allow players from lower league teams to field 15 players instead of 11 to make up for the fact they ar...

A spell that grants Frenzy would be fluffy and useful.

That could be cool, it could end up like the Lore of Athel Loren but hopefully won't suck as hard as that spell list does.

Celts are represented really as a part of Marauders for the Chaos armies and the Truthsayer from the Albion campaign also seems to fit that theme.

I believe that this is going to be one of the most broken armies ever to leave Nottingham, only time will tell I suppose but I'm not looking forward to this particular Codex creep.

Don't worry, new Nid book will be out soon and in normal Games Workshop codex escalation they will more than likely be immune to all heavy weapons.

The easiest thing I am doing, is to divide your clanrat box into two sets of 10 models. If you look closely, you'll see that 10 models are visibly wearing armour, while 10 other models are obviously not - they look a bit shabby-er too. Just don't equip those with shields, while the armoured do get ...

I got a copy when it was released earlier this year and have to admit it's a quality product. If I had the time again I'd buy a couple extra boxes and then sell them on, they are worth a fortune now.

For Giants Mark of Khorne is good as it allows you to instant wreck Chariots.

I agree with Tzeentch on the Warshrine so you get the improved ward save, that thing is tough as nails unless you face a load of static combat res.
