I'm looking at the Skrag model and I'm wondering if anyone has one and can answer a quick question for me?

What I would like to know is this; How many peices does Skrag himself come in? Are the head & arms seperate? And does anyone have a picture of the unbuilt, model? The reason I ask is that I am toying with the idea of picking up a second copy of the model to make a Slaughtermaster with.

This is the item description on the GW site:
"This box set contains one Ogre Kingdoms Skrag The Slaughterer. This large metal miniature comes in 13 pieces including a scenic base. Model supplied with a 50 x 100mm base."

Thanks, that is a pretty good sign that the model will work for what I want it for. But I think I'll order one copy and look it over closer before I decide whether or not to pick up a second one. I hope that some of my bitz will fit the model so I wont need a lot of green stuff to make the custom I want.

Sounds like you have the answer you needed but just for clarification Skrag has the following 5 parts (for his body):
- Head
- Torso
- Legs
- Left arm (blade)
- Right arm (hook)

You can certainly make him a SM - with a little creative basing/conversion work you could magnetize the bits and make one model that could be used for either.

Yeah, I got one Skrag last week, and I spent a lot of time seeing what bitz will fit the main body. It looks like any of the metal bitz will fit it nicely, so it should be really easy to make an slaughtermaster with an extra model.
