Warhammer Fantasy Battle Reporter Forum

So I have picked up my first ogre model and I now have the difficult decision of how to paint the skin. I wanted to know what colors other people chose to paint the skin with. Also, has anyone seen a good tutorial? I don't really like the one GW has on their site.

Did you ever come to a decision on how to colour the Ogre skin Teddy ?

Most of the Ogres I have seen are either a dirty skin colour or greyish / green.

I would actually favour a lighter skin colour (although not as light a human flesh) on which you could paint tattoos.

Also, the blood will stand out better then too

Definitely a lighter colour. Same sort of colour as people paint Giants.
I absolutely SUCK! at painting large amounts of skin though
