I found Sigmar's old one which I'll upgrade and build up on a per army level,if anyone's interested in helping drop me a pm. |

Another thing that would be awesome is if you could do a "best and worst" unit for each army. So we know what to be scared of, and what is generally never used  I haven't really seen a list like that on any forum

That could be done preety easily to I'll keep it in mind. The HE article is in the rough draft stage at the moment so this week it should be ready |
