Hi

Nice List mate. Here are my thoughts....

Mark of khorne on your Lord will have you chasing bats, dogs, gnoblars (generally cheap throw away units) all game. Easy to pull his leadership away from the rest of your army.

Why Mark of Slaanesh on your Sorcerer. I always think Tzeentch is the better option (+1 to cast, and you have the ward save that the talisman provides)

Flying Lord will give you some choice over what you charge but I'll agree with the fact you'll be pulled every which way by cheap units.
I personally prefer lore of Nurgle, some of those spell are amazing. Also, you might want to think about a Dispel Scroll or two as you're only defence at the moment is 3 dice

Try putting the Warhounds into 2 units of 10, this way you'll outnumber your opponent and can take some casualties meaning you can deny rank bonus for longer.
Marauders are good but I prefer Flails, personal preference though.
Why Halberds on the Warriors? With HW and Shield they are 2+ save in combat with 2 attacks each (3 with MoK). You're already stronger than the majority of core unit toughness'.
Chosen I can't argue with, those guys are pretty sweet although MoK may get you pulled away from what you want to be aiming for.
Giant is good, I like mine although with all that infantry you may get mileage from a Warshrine which would leave you some points for Marauder Horsemen or replace the Giant altogether with a unit of Knights. Everyone loves Knights, Nurgle Knights with the Banner of Rage are evil.

Okay my new revamped army list is as follows:

Lord on deamonic mount, chaos runesword, enchanted shield and golden eye of tzeentch=350
Sorcerer, level 2, 2 dispel scrolls=170 (he is there purely for defence, and to keep trolls in line)

20 marauders with flails Mark of tzeentch and Command =140
20 Marauders as above =140
12 warriors of chaos with HW and shields, full command and mark of slaanesh = 232
5 warhounds =30
5 warhounds =30
10 chosen with great weps, command and nurgle = 280
5 knights with command mark of nurgle, banner of rage and lancers = 340
3 trolls = 135
and a warshrine of tzeentch=150

more advice would be great and my main oppenant will be woodelves if it makes a differnce.

thanks

If the demonic mount is a large target you just painted a bullseye on your general and letting the opponent an easier chance of getting 100VP. I'm not saying heroes on large targets are always bad but against shooty armies you can be in trouble.

IMO: Chosen are such a waste of points...especially with command group in them. Ratehr take more warriors or marauders, they can be used more flexible.

You can save some points on the Knights by dropping lances, Str 5 in every round of combat is my personal preference than s6 for the first go, but with the amount of attacks you're putting out nothing much should survive that charge anyhow.

You have a lot of points thrown away unnecessarily in this list. If the Sorcerer is for defense, then why has he got a second level??? FC on Knights is not necessary and the Lances are a huge waste of points since the long terms benefits of Enscrolled Weapons are worth more. Dropping these things alone saves you 80pts, and combine that with the points for dropping the Chosen, you could get 5 Khorne Knights and a unit of Horsemen with points to spare. BTW, your Lord would be better suited with the Morrslieb armour or Collar of Khorne, since he isn't going to be getting shot much.
